This is me (on the left) presenting a copy of The Angels of Mona Terrace to Sir Gerald Kaufman MP at the launch of the Levenshulme Festival.
Sir Gerald later described the book as
"a charming and touching morality tale".
Barry Cox, Honorary Librarian for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution said it is
"very moving... so well written".
Ivor Morgan, headteacher at Beamont Community Primary School called it
"an excellent read".
And somebody kindly posted the following '5 star' review on Amazon
"This was a brilliant book, enjoyed first by my husband, then me then our grandaughter aged 12 whilst on a holiday on the Isle of Man. Picked it up on the ferry on the crossing from Northern Ireland and didn't regret the decision. Our grandaughter couldn't put it down and read it in a couple of hours-wants to read it again already!! A good all round family read."
Thank you!
